I am honored that you want to work with me and improve your mental health. I believe that mental health is as important as physical health. As a trauma, anxiety, and depression specialist, I have successfully worked with individuals to strengthen their self-views to live confidently.
As a first-generation Filipino American therapist, I aim to provide culturally sensitive care for everyone. My mission is to address an individual's mental health and uncover its possible connections to intergenerational traumas and past experiences, and uncover purpose and live a value-driven life.
"Being a psychologist is
a calling. And I am passionate about what I do."
